1979
As I mentioned on the 1978 page, I first became a Neil diamond fan in 1975. But I didn’t join FOND until 1980. Wendy Allison, who was the fan club administrator back then, apparently sent me some back issues of some newsletters when I signed up. The oldest ones I found in my collection are from June and December of 1978. She must have also included these four issues from 1979.
